The shot of lightning looking up/pointing her gun up could possibly be not pre-rendered (need a higher res image to tell easier), but the new shots posted in this thread (with the possible exception of two of them) are pre-rendered. I know in-game-engine cutscenes look better though; I played Final Fantasy X and XII (but there is still a big difference between in-game-engine and pre-rendered.)
edit: Actually, just as with Final Fantasy X and XII, it looks as if the pre-rendered cutscenes team and the in-game team's respective artistic views of the characters have diverged enough to where it's easy to tell which cutscene is which type, because characters look much different between the two. I suppose crazzyman's pic on this page would have to be i-g-e.
