I would agree.
At the same time though, they've pumped and hyped their game to be such a Call of Duty killer that I don't really feel too sorry for them (probably more EA's doing than DICE). Not only that, while I can forgive certain things because this is an old build for the beta, I still can't give them a free pass for saying "it's just a beta" when they kind of market it like a demo.
