The thing is that there is no way the PS3 will disappoint you, and by the sound of things the card actually might do just that. Also, PS3 games get marked down significantly 2-3 months after release (I just picked up Dragon Age 2 for 1/3 the original price). Plus you get a media hub so you can access your pc from your tv, bluray player etc. Kinda depends if you have a nice home theatre setup too since a big ass tv and 7.2 srs is unbeatable imo.
Of course, I am biased here since I love my PS3 so much.
If you are really into spectacular graphics then I would rather say stick with your PC. So if you get a 
just by seeing jaggies then its not really worth it.
Anyways, opinions are opinions...
