The PS3.
(I only have a PS3 and a 360.)

Reasons:

1) Free online. This is the most important reason for me.

2) Hardware reliability. The 360 failed on me so many times I stopped gaming on it unless its an exclusive. This is almost as important as free online.

3) HDD freedom. I have my own HDD put inside the PS3 which gave me a lot of HDD space compared to the 40 GB stock one. The 360 has 20 GB out of which I can use around 13 GB, not much when installing ME2 requires 12 GB. So only around 1 GB of space for everything.

4) The interface. I love XMB, and hate the 360's menus. I especially hate the kiddy avatars waving at me every time I turn on my 360. The XMB doesn't have any of that BS, and I can go straight to the point.

5) I can save music and images on my PS3. On my 360 I can't.

6) It seems MS doesn't care about anyone except halo fans and kinect fans anyway, so there's not much in terms of games for me on the 360. I like gears of war though. The only reason I haven't yet got it is because of online, I don't have gold.

There are some negatives to the PS3, but honestly they are miniscule compared to the stuff like free online, and reliability.

Pretty much the above.

Only thing I would add is that I use PS3 for Blu-Ray quite a bit so there's another plus.
