I put on a few too many pounds during my 6 month unemployment due to overeating, being a lazy ass and drinking alcohol. I've already lost about 10-15 lbs since starting work 3 weeks ago. My plan is to limit my meat and dairy (probably stick to just eating yogurt and try and limit cheese, etc) intake to small portions and increase fruit and veggie intake. I also plan on starting to work out again since my knee has recovered from being injured in a fall a few months back. I plan on getting back to my normal weight by around Christmas and being able to fit into all my clothes again.
Basically I plan on avoiding the average American diet and eating more healthy (less meat and more veggies/fruit).
