Pack yourself with carbs (ie: Baked potatoes and corn) and up the amount of calories you eat daily by eating something every 2-3 hours. But since you don't want to become fat, you should also be eating lots of protein-rich + whole-grain foods and doing some physical resistance exercises (like weight lifting, or body weight workouts like pushups). People think it's hard to lose weight, but it is equally hard to GAIN weight for those with high metabolisms. It's also retardely hard to eat lots of calories, and it's expensive. Try eating an entire can of white tuna on two whole-wheat breads along with a large baked potato. It doesn't sound like much, but that meal usually took me an hour to eat!
