why do sales matter wether you want a game or not? you are going to play the game not going to profit from it.

They don't to me, they matter to Microsoft. It's just chances would be lower for Microsoft to approve anything first part y wise that didn't sell well.
I own a lot of games that sold poorly/didn't chart. You should check out my game collection sometime. (Reminds me I gota add all the classic game system games someday).
