There are several reasons why Versus will remain exclusive (1) Nomura wants it exclusive. He is not the President but he has much say. 2) The engine is built for the PS3 and a lot of work would be necessary to be usuable on the 360 3) SE Owes Sony due to Sony bailing them out years ago. Sony has said that they want this game 4) The posting asked for PS3 experience but can settle for 360 experience. This is not uncommon due to HD experience being interchangeable). There are many more.
Also, the PS3 FF13 did suffer in quality; if you compare the Advant Children demo to the final product you will know this.
