Ok I think i'm finally understanding what people mean when they say "bullshot" 

Any picture that doesn't show exactly what the game looks like whilst playing the game is a bullshot. Pictures that are off the character are bullshots even if they look exactly the same as the game while your playing it.

Bullshots never look exactly like the real in game look. Some that I could remember were with a friend, we were discussing about GT5s bullshots and said if the gamme looked like those shots, it would easily not be surpassed this gen in sim racing. Didn't happen. Looks nothing like those shots.

Bullshots are usually screen shots that have a higher resolution than normal, and touched up graphics than what it really is.
