I can understand the implants before joining the porn industry or early on their carrers to get more work, but once they have made a name for herself and are recognizable, I find it a bad idea. Even more when the ones who do this are the ones with small breasts, given than they will end with unpleasant scars.

There are people that prefer small and natural breasts than big and fake ones!
