Look how far the graphics for the Wii have come this gen

I bet if someone showed you Starfox for the SNES and told you that's how the majority of SNES games looked like, then you would believe it. Oh wait, you did.

How am I supposed to have a vast knowledge of stuff I have not encountered? I've played 3 Wii games and those 3 looked about as good as good Xbox games. except for DK Country Returns which looked like a step up from Xbox games.

I know a lot about graphics concerning the 360, PS3, PS2, PC, Xbox and PS1 because I've had a lot of contact with them.

I am not talking about vast knowledge, but basic knowledge. You see, being aware of that most SNES games didn't use polygon graphics would be basic knowledge.

Not for someone who's never played a SNES game. 

When you've never done something you have pre-conceived notions about it from what you have heard or maybe seen some videos on it. I had only really heard about SNES games and I had seen PS1 games which looked extremely bad and I came to the conclusion that SNES games must be worse looking than PS1 games since that's they way it always was to my knowledge. That is the conclusion that any other person in my shoes would have made.
