Demon's souls is like, easily better than oblivion. Oblivion only has freedom, whereas demon's souls has a little bit of freedom with epic combat and boss battles. The atmosphere in demon's souls is on another level, and it doesn't repeat dungeons like oblivion does, each and every level looks different from the previous one. What's the point in having an open world where everything looks similar? Although its still fun if you ignore that. Oblivion is good for people who like exploring but when it comes to everything else, demon's souls wins. Even the story. Also you know for a fact that its not hard, and the evidence supporting your fact is your friends playing the game? lol. |
Alot of game reviewers claim gams to be hard. When me nd my friends dont find them hard per se. Challenging yes, but to say poor Xbox players is rediculous. Xbox players are hardcore players in general.
OT of Demon Souls over Oblivion, I put in about 250 hours into Oblivion. If Demon Souls can do that then I'm there. I'll wait though based on my friends description of the game. Much more games I'm interested in than DS right now. Story is great and all, but RPG's should be engaging on all fronts. And from what I understand theres better out there than DS.
