Granted MH wasn't a launch game for 3DS, what I'm saying is 3DS will have Tri to combat the Vita's launch in Japan and it will definitely have MH4 next year while there are no plans for any MH on Vita yet, which goes a long way toward swaying buyers to 3DS. Vita is a very good deal at $250 for what you get, just like the PS3 at $600 was a good deal for what you got too (powerful system and blu-ray player). The point is a higher price point can keep a system from selling well, even if it's still a good deal. |
PS3 was only a good deal if you cared about blu ray, which shot the price up atleast 200, as oppossed to psv which is a good deal if you have any interest in handhelds at all and is only 80 dollars more then the 3ds (psp was 100 more and sold better then the ds at first and the ds had a similar head start)
