Sony didn't acquire Namco Bandai, Namco Bandai scouped From software after they made demon souls and namco localized it in EU. 

Sorry when I said Sony acquired them I dont mean what you think.I mean they asked them to develop an exclusive game for PS3.Demon Souls which Sony published.

That was from software not Namco Bandai.
