Well I'm 15, in the UK (just like you + 1 year). The oldest you can legally have sex with is 16, but if you want to date someone older, I'd say 18 should be around the oldest but doubt any 18 year old would want to go out with a 14 year old though. I wouldn't recommend dating someone 10 years older than you, I doubt you would have much in common since you were brought up in different generations.
