I love all kinds of various sushi rolls, and I'm a big fan of hand rolls. Oh and yeah I love Sashimi. Its better without the rice.

 

As for my favourite combination I love rolls with cream cheese in them ,it tastes soooo good. Especially something with salmon & cream cheese in it, and maybe some cucumbers in there too. 

Philidelphia roll  is the one with cream cheese in it.

Oh right on, sounds familiar. They have a variation of it called a "French Kiss Roll" at the place I eat at and its amazing. But yeah Philly rolls are amazing too.
