I don't really like literal sushi (fish on rice) all that much, but I love sushi in the general sense.
I love all kinds of various sushi rolls, and I'm a big fan of hand rolls. Oh and yeah I love Sashimi. Its better without the rice.
As for my favourite combination I love rolls with cream cheese in them ,it tastes soooo good. Especially something with salmon & cream cheese in it, and maybe some cucumbers in there too.
