LOL, I thought that was it. If there were actually 34 eyewitnesses then there wouldn't have been any fuss over this (not to mention that the guy would've deserved the award for Worst Murderer Ever, if there were that many eyewitnesses). The non-fatal shooting he commited earlier in the evening is pretty irrelevant to this case, since it in no way proves he commited this. Regardign those 2 'confessions', wasn't ti the typical scenrio where a cellmate hears a 'confession', and then makes a deal with the DA for a reduced sentence? If there isn't an actual recording where he sais 'I did it', I'll take those 'confessions' with a grain of salt.
