Can Uncharted 3 beat Gears of War 3 on metacritic?

There was one subpar review (score of 67) today on metacritics. 

wow there is no way gears deserves that! yes the game is simular to the other 2 but it doesn't warrent a 67, the lowest score gears should get is an 8.

 

that score will hurt gears on the metacritic
