Honestly Obama shouldn't even have to break the trade agreement if he wants American business to revitalize. All he really has to do is sign a short and sweet bill that greatly lowers the corporate tax rate in America. There you go Obama, I just saved you all the trouble and all the stimulous spending you want to do with just a simple solution.
