I was at the conference. They also gave us a Slate PC running Windows 8. But, unfortunately, the Live stuff isn't in the preview yet. But, they are providing updates so hopefully soon.
Also, I got to go to the drill down sessions on it. Really nice to see that Live support will be built right into the OS. May even help me with the MS gamerscore league on this site that everyone still needs to join...
