Instead of listig my favorite, I'll rank them all.
1. Tie: Monsters Inc, Toy Story 3 and Ratatouille (Perfection)
2. Tie: Wall-E, Toy Story 1 and The Incredibles (Amazing, almost perfect)
3. Tie: Up and Toy Story 2 (Incredible, with some tiny flaws)
4. Tie: Bugs Life and Finding Nemo (Pretty great, not as good as other ones)
5. Cars (Ok, but not Pixar quality)
6. Trash
7. Cars 2 (Awful, bad, horrible, lazy and dissapointing)

And the only animation studio better than both is the REAL old Disney. Snow White, Fantasia, Pinocchio, Dumbo and Bambi.

Nah, most of them are overrated and did not age well (maybe except Bambi, it still makes me sad )
