I didn't play Enslaved because it doesn't look very good
But today's games are much better than the trial and error games of the past.

Any game before the N64 period was horrible IMO
But really I guess it all depends on your viewpoint:
If you like change and improvement modern games will make you a happpy sap
If you like things to stay the same forevor and ever than games of the past will keep you peachy.
