1.  Not confirmed yet, it's possible but I wouldn't say it is likely.  What is confirmed so far are the  monsters from MH3, along with 2 from P3rd (Furogi and Urukususu), 3 from previous MH generations (Azure Rathalos, Pink Rathian and the Plesioth) and finally a new monster (Burakidiosu).  However, I would expect more to be announced before release.

3. Not confirmed, but I would expect it to (especially if it gets a Western release)
