There are things you are free to say, but once you say them can be a violation of another law. For example, racist remarks, verbal harassment and things like that. I'm not a lawyer but it seems fairly natural to me.

But it was all over the internet.  It was her fricking choice to even read the comments.  Immediately upon knowing somebody was trolling her, she could just stop reading their comments, and on certain sites, block their ability to comment.
