UPDATE: List of 100 Vita titles for launch+in development to be available in 4 months after official Vita release

I don't get why people actually think these will be launch titles. Every time a new console/system is launched, a gigantic list of games/series are shown off but how many of those titles actually launch with said system @ launch.
