Fact of the matter is, Blu-Ray and HD-DVD neither have enough market saturation to even force either into victory or defeat. Online sales still affect the formats I'm afraid and a format that doesn't support a major demographic is still affected, its simple logic. The Adult film industry is not something to be swept to the side no matter how much you want to tell yourselves that. Again, HD-DVD is superior as a transition format so I'm hoping for that to win against all odds. Pity all the PS3 fans are forced to rallying behind Blu-Ray now that the PS3 has been shown to be a failure. Sigh... (awaits interesting replies, lol) |
