Splinter Cell Conviction = Modern Assassins Creed

I'm a huge Assassins Creed fan and I'm excited that Ubisoft (the makers of Assassins Creed) will make Splinter Cell Conviction similar to Assassins Creed by using aspects from AC such as the dynamic crowd and hero vision.  I watched the trailer and everything reminded me of Assassins Creed, even the music.

What do you guys think?  I thought I'd have to wait years for another Assassins Creed experience, but now it seems that I'll get one in a few months.
