5 years ago, I would've said Need For Speed, but that franchise is dead to me now. Mario Kart would've been my choice 8-10 years ago, but Diddy Kong Racing and Crash Team Racing are better games. Jet Moto and F-Zero aren't on the list, so that leaves Gran Turismo.
Side Note: Anybody remember that Star Wars racing game on the N64? That game was the shit.
