Will the launch of PSV affect PS3 sales in Japan?

Personally, I don't think it will affect the sales of the PS3 when it's released. While they may be saying it is a portable PS3 (only with less power, pretty much), it's going to be marketed to the handheld crowd, which is a big market in Japan.
