Hmm, PR spin is always interesting, particularly coming from a company that's losing ground. As ever, both MS, Nintendo and Sony are doing their best to make themselves look good in the eyes of consumers. If you read them as foils to one another, you can make out a fair bit of how the industry is actually doing in the US.

One thing that caught my attention: the MS one mentions the Wii and PS3 frequently, while the Nintendo and Sony ones don't mention the competition directly at all. Probably just a cultural difference.
