I believe triggers should be redesigned. Like you said in an era of FPS the dualshock needs a revamp. All shooters are messed up because of this. Their controller layout is totally different, The trigger addons won't help, because the button layout isn't always configurable. Once you get used to a controller it doesn't really matter. R2/L2 are useless.
