why don't you just increse the points for the usa to have a smaller list,
its just a tougher list to get onto thats all,i doubt anyone will mind they have to be active don't they
it is 50% of the userbase isn't it think the usa so its needs tougher rules,no point having 3 threads unless you want to of course > _ >
