Sony has not even said anything about this. it was some writer on another site that pointed this out, so you comments about Sony except the last sentence as it is your right to fill that way is not needed.
this is about a patent not a law suit. be careful of your wording cause as the op i will not tollerate flaming or any other forum braking rules and you will be reported.
