The Japanese branch of Microsoft Studios has revealed the official Japanese price and date for their upcoming Xbox 360 exclusive title, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary. The first-person shooting game will be sold for 3,990 yen (or approximately $51.95 in U.S. dollars). It is slated to launch in Japan on November 17th, two days after it launches in North America. Finally, just like the pre-order bonuses for North America, the first copies of Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary will include Grunt Funeral Skull and Master Chief Avatar Armor. You can check out the official Japanese box art in addition to the latest screens and images for the aforementioned bonus items, in the slideshow to the left of this article.
343 Industries is currently handling the developing of Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, which is a high-definition remake of the 2001 Xbox title, Halo: Combat Evolved. The same studio is also working on Halo 4, the first of a new “Reclaimer” trilogy for the series.
