Well the Governments of the world should have arrested the whole Wikileaks team day one and ceased the stolen files. Since the files were stolen from the Government they should have been treated like all stolen property and those who stole should have been treated like all thieves!
On the other hand I'm guessing that the worlds governments have been preparing for this for awhile. Hopefully undercover agents in countries like Iran have been replaced and informants brought to safety and put in protective custody!
