You dont need to be crazy in order to consult a psychologist. Prison are made to protect the society, its a last resort solution. It cost more then therapy and doesnt help the person function in society. While I dont agree her act is a normal way to function in society, she didnt rape or abuse of him either. Lets start by trying to help her before putting her in prison. Its better for everyone.

Had they lived closer, she would've probably raped him. She's a danger to society, and will probably abuse many small childre nif she isn't stopped.

Exagerating much? Since the young guy is agreeing, its not actually raping. Beside, its not because she desire younger individual that she would actually force someone to do things he dont wanna do. Theres a big difference between the two things in regard to danger. With that said, she need help, but putting her in prison will not give her help. She will be release in a couple years still with the same problem, not efficient, not pro-active either.

At his age he can't agree, and it's pretty clear that she's taking advantage of his youth and teenage conflcits (like the psychiatrists who interviewed him said). Granted, from what I read it seems that this woman has the emotional maturity of a 15-year-old, so it's no wonder she's going after kids.

if the legal age in france is 15, then legally he can agree at his age.   and quite frankly at 15 i was more than capable of deciding who i wanted to sleep with and who i didnt.

The relationship started when he was 12.
