Seriously though, I agree with the parent's lawyer. There are definately double standards involved. If a man had started something like this with a 12-year-old girl (this started in 2008, so the kid was 12 then), and especially sending a picture in which he exposed himself (like this woman did), he'd be behind bars right now. This woman is a dangerous and disgusting human being, and should be locked behind bars and get the prison treatment that all child rapists get. I can only imagine what the kid's parents must be going through.
They should also interview her own children, as she may have sexually abused them too.
