Videos uploaded to the CALLOFDUTY Youtube channel have more likes than dislikes because fans of Call of Duty subscribe to the channel and view the videos and press 'like"
Videos uploaded to some random persons account are usually "leaked" videos. They get distributed to popular media sites like N4G and end up attracting haters that press "dislike"
Oh and BTW Youtube updates video views after a few hours. It has a lot more views than 300. You're pretty stupid aren't you?
EDIT: See? The videos views are already updated. It's at over 80k.
