Anyone could guess this and be right.
I mean Gears and Forza are some of the few exclusives on the 360.
We know Halo 4 is launching late 2012 so they wouldn't release a new Halo in 2013. They'd wait until 2014 and that would probably be on Xbox 720.
Gears 3 and Forza 3 come out this year. 2 years later seems like a high likely for the sequels.(but I doubt it'll be called Gears 4)
