Being from the deep south, I can tell you that no one currently uses the dialect that Letitia uses. Saying that any American speaks like this character is like saying there are still Americans that use Elizabethan English in 2011. It's not racist it's just ignorant.

Well of Course its Ignorant, most Black video game Chracters are portrayed in bad style or stereotype's ...I Mean Ralus from FF12 is the only Black character off the top of my head that had non stereotype backround.
