Dolphin 3.0 Wii/Gamecube Emulator (7719 build) is awesome

what is required to run this program? And can you use it to play actual wii disc or just downloaded iso? I gave my wii to my mom but stilll have some games i would like to play and this m,ay be the solution for me.
