/me hasn't read the entire debate
Personally I consider religion a placebo effect, just on much bigger scale. If you believe in something/someone then it will work/help. When it works, people then start spewing stuff about how god is awesome etc etc.
And then we have this .
If there was a god, I think it would be an only divine being to exist and every believer in the world would worship only him/her.
