Ok I'm mostly against severe punishments for filesharing but the way that this is written is ridiculous.

It's comparing the absolute minimum sentences for serious crimes against the most severe punishment for a lesser crime and then saying that the lesser crime is punished more harshly than the more serious crime.

In fact it's not even doing that considering the filesharing sentence was conditional jail time. What does that mean? He's not even going to jail! Essentially it's two years parole.
