First and foremost, the guy probably needs to get physically active. lmfao padib the reproductive organs are just like any other organs in that if you don't use them after time they become less effective at their job... just like if for example a muscle isn't used for a long period of time it begins to atrophy and break down

another thing i remember is scientists saying that humans have testicles that in terms of a biological sense do not match up with a monogonous species because of their size
