No, he's saying that M rated 3rd party games besides RE4 and RE UC won't sell. There are a lot of 3rd party games selling better than either of those games, but they're not M rated.

Don't be too hard on him. He's a big fan of the console that's almost certain to finish this generation with a distant third and probably had to replace his 360 several times with MS already.
