Does the Mass Effect 2 DLC ever go on sale for PC?

IIRC the DLC isn't available on steam, it is a Bioware Store (or whatever the name is) exclusive. :/

I must have seen Digital Delux edition on sale then and wrongly assumed it includes DLC packs.
