My oldest step son is a vegetarian, so he eats 2-3 protein bars a day, I add Protein powder to his soy milk.  He eats Tempeh (a fermented soy bean alt. meat bar thing), fish, noodles, and sushi a lot.

The soy is the worst becaue you never know what to do with it.

 

Protein intake is not a real problem for vegetarians. I've been vegetarian for almost 7 years and I've never taken any supplements and hardly eat soya.

Just want to clear up that misconception.
