Corn is not very used in Europe. I know it's used for everything in America though, and it's one of the main reasons for the country's bad health.
Anyway, I was kind of joking, but there are many vegetables I don't like much. I don't dislike them much either, they're just meh but I eat them. Aubergine, spinach, brocholi, cauliflower, artichokes, asparagus...
I like potatoes, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, garlic, beans, lentils, peppers... those are good.
