Pistorius at World Athletics 2011 - victory of humanity or deus ex like future?

What do you think about him competing with other sportmen ?

Is it  great that technology allowed him to compete with professionals? Or does it set dangerous precedence for technologically augmented humans gaining unfair advantage?

I think it's the second- East Germany trained sport champions from few year old kids using dangerous chemicals that later had fatal effects on their health so it's pretty clear that sooner or later someone will remove his/her legs to win championship and once it happens there will be more going in their footsteps.
